There is a reason for your today.
Are times good for you right now? There is a reason.
Are you walking through a trial in this season? There is a reason.
Are your circumstances vastly different than you had hoped or dreamed they would be? There is a reason.
In fact, there probably are many reasons. God is not required to limit Himself to one reason for allowing things into our lives. He works ALL things out, in many ways, for many reasons, for those whose hearts are sold out to Him.
Today, however, it is important to understand that whatever you are going through may very well also be for the benefit of someone else. Perhaps you cannot see or even begin to understand how in the world your situation could be for someone else’s benefit. For heaven sake, it doesn’t even seem to be for your benefit right now. Walk this one out in faith, dear one.
Be reminded of Paul’s words in 2 Corinthians 1: 3-4(NCV)
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is the Father who is full of mercy and all comfort. He comforts us every time we have trouble, so when others have trouble, we can comfort them with the same comfort God gives us.
One day, God will place someone in your life with a trial similar to yours. In that moment, you will be able to comfort them because of your experiences. Know that God never wastes a trial in your life. He always draws a beautiful circle of comfort.
