Ah, it’s February 14th…Valentine’s Day. The day set aside to celebrate LOVE.
You’ve met my man before. In case you have not, allow me to introduce you to Greg Adams. We have been married for 17 years and have known each other since dirt was created. We went to high school together and he dated my best friend all through high school. In fact, we all went to the prom together. He took my best friend and I went with his college roomie.
Today’s post is devoted to sharing the things I love about Greg. In no particular order, here are some of the things I love about my man.
He has been my friend for at least 32 years.
He loved me long before I loved him.
He loves Jesus.
He is tall and strong and I love how I disappear into his arms when he hugs me.
When he laughs really hard he is totally quiet. Not a sound…just a lot of shaking.
He has the funniest sense of humor.
He thinks very fast on his feet…especially funny things.
He is an AWESOME gift giver.
When you are in his dental chair and he is working on you, he sings….or so I’ve been told by many of his patients.
He is a wonderful Dad. He gave up his dream of becoming an oral surgeon because residency would have taken him too far away from his son.
He is very sexy in camo.
He has a level head and rarely gets flustered.
He is multi-talented….dentist, pharmacist, electrician, plumber, counselor, hunter, golfer, friend.
He can bring home the bacon…..and fry it up in the pan. He’s a great cook.
He can get along with just about anyone.
He never complains if I want to watch a girly movie or program. He liked The Help!!
He has an awesome family…which means I have awesome in-laws.
