Today I am at our church in the kitchen helping cook Thanksgiving dinner for some people in our community who might not otherwise have a Thanksgiving meal. Our youth pastor and his wife have organized this event and I’m so excited to be involved. We have two teams doing the cooking today and I’ll be on the early team (8am-noon). The food will be delivered on Thanksgiving Day.
Today I am Living Thankful that I can be part of this outreach. I am also thankful for our youth pastor and his wife who have hearts for those who are in need.
