I am so, so thankful for the indwelling Holy Spirit. God’s Word says that He is my teacher, comforter, guide, and helper. I desperately need Him each moment of each day. Without the Holy Spirit living in my heart I would be back in a pit of sin so fast it would not even be funny. The Holy Spirit:
teaches me God’s Word
comforts me when I mess up or when life messes all over me
guides me to make wise and prudent decisions
helps me pray according to God’s will
convicts me of sin in my life
I am Living Thankful today for the Holy Spirit’s work in my life.
