Living Thankful!! That is what we should be doing every day of the year. What are you thankful for today?
Today I am thankful for downtime–relaxation–fun with friends. Today, Greg and I are in Athens, Georgia, for the Georgia vs. Auburn football game. Go Dawgs!! Whether they win or lose, it will be a day of fun, relaxation and special times with friends. I’m hoping for lots of KISSES!! Every time Georgia scores, I get a kiss from my man, so I’m hoping for many, many kisses!!
Jesus, Himself, modeled time away from the crowds who followed Him; time to rest and recharge. I’m so thankful for that. It gives me permission to cease my busy-ness and just relax. I don’t relax very well. I’m always doing something, however, I know I need to do a better job at resting and recharging.
