My sweet husband came home from his trip to Alabama to see his son and told me that he bought something for me at Lifeway and that he thought I would like it.
Like it??? I love it. It is a beautiful painting of Daniel in the lions den. I found a picture of it on the artist’s website (Robert Spooner) who painted it and pasted it into this post. I wish you could see the detail in the picture. It absolutely takes your breath away.

My husband had no idea how very much I desire to be ‘a Daniel’ in this day and age. I want to stand for Christ no matter what and rely totally upon Him. I fail my Jesus so often, but each day I offer myself to Him anew to use in whatever way He chooses.

On Wednesday morning my BFF, Cindy, and I are headed to San Antonio for a Lifeway Women’s ministry training event and then to Beth Moore’s Living Proof Live Event followed by the Siesta Fiesta!! Yahoo! To top it all off, Cindy’s sister lives in San Antonio, so we will get to visit her as well!! We are MOST EXCITED!! I’ll be back on the weekend. See you then.
