It is time for confession. The past three weeks have been weird. Actually more than the past three weeks but let’s just go with that for now. I’ve been in a bit of a mental and emotional fog and so I have not worked on my Challenge 2010 verse #8 the way I should have. Oh, I can say it, but I have not really meditated on it and gotten it buried deep in the marrow of my bones.
I fully intend to change that starting N-O-W. So, here is Verse 9. A new month. A new verse. A new start.
Psalm 139:9 (NIV)
If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
if I settle on the
far side of the sea,
Goodness…more weirdness. This verse is part of a whole sentence so I’ll be memorizing the rest of the sentence later in the month. For now, I’m just going to focus on rising and settling with the Lord. See what I mean…weirdness prevails in my life right now!!
