Hey there friends!! It’s the 15th of June and it is time for our 12th verse in Challenge 2010. We are half way there! Yea!!! You are doing sooooo well. Don’t give up now.
Before I give you my 12th verse I want to share a couple of things with you that are so exciting.
First, I read on Beth Moore’s blog that she will do the Siesta Scripture Memory Challenge again in 2011. It was such a blast to be part of that in 2009 and I know that we will all look forward to memorizing God’s Word with her again. So, since most everyone will be over at her site, I will not be hosting a Scripture Memory Challenge in 2011. I know it is a long way off, but thought I’d go ahead and throw that out now.
Second and oh, I am so excited about announcing this that I am almost ready to burst. Drum roll please! Dum, da, dum!!!
Let me tell you a bit about gIRL. It is a ministry designed to bring women together, from one side of the screen to the other, to grow more deeply in our relationships with each other, and most importantly, with Him.

Now doesn’t that just sound like something you want to be involved in?? I thought so. Well, as of today, you can. The very first gIRL gathering is taking place in Black Mountain, North Carolina, September 24 – 26 and today is the first day to register. There is space for 40 gIRLS and I hope that you will be one of them. I hope to see you at a gIRL gathering…if not in September in North Carolina, then at another regional gIRL event!!!!
