After reading Radical by David Platt, I have begun to pray for a different nation of the world every day. I am using the prayer guide at OperationWorld, which sends me an email every day with information about a nation for which I pray. As I read the information about each country, I am becoming more and more convinced of something that I really do not want to think about.
Have you ever known that something was true, yet you really, really, really did not want it to be true? Well, that is how it is with this thought. So, here I am sharing the thought with you so you can ponder and pray about it, too. In fact, prayer is the only thing that will change whether this thought becomes reality. So, I’m just gonna throw it out there.
It will probably take a large dose of PERSECUTION to wake the church in America up from her pride, slumber and apathy.
