Hey ya’ll, I’m just taking a break from cooking what seems like a thousand bunches of collard greens. Really it is about 3 cases, but who’s counting. I’ve also got about 10 pounds of black eyed peas and soup beans soaking, ready to dump into crock pots for a long, slow cooking. Tomorrow is our annual Beans ‘n Greens lunch and I’m expecting about 50 people to stop by to eat. It’s a tradition around here and our friends and family look forward to it. I’ll try to post some pictures next week.
