I didn’t watch the Grammys. With all the things I have heard about what went on, I’m glad I didn’t. I thought the Grammys were about music, but apparently I’m wrong. It seems these Grammys had an agenda; a political and moral agenda that promoted same sex marriage, among other things. It also disparaged those who believe the Bible.
Today I want to share an editorial that was written by Dr. James Denison in which he speaks to what took place at the Grammys. It is worth your time to click on the link and read his thoughts.
As Christians we must stand firm in our convictions of what the Bible says is right and wrong, but we must stand in love…the love that Jesus displayed. We cannot expect to win the right to share Jesus with a world that doesn’t know Him if we are filled with hate and condescension. Jesus died for ANYONE who would accept Him. The sin of homosexuality is NO worse than my sin of pride, or your sin of ________________________ (fill in the blank). It all sent Jesus to the cross. So, please click on the link below and read this editorial, pray about how you can be a light for Christ in this culture, and then go be that light.
