At the end of my Monday post, I gave you a teaser about this exciting new e-course from my friend Arabah Joy. Today I wanted to tell you a bit more about it in hope you will sign up.
I met Arabah Joy, or AJ, online through a group we were part of. I was immediately taken by her spiritual depth and maturity in Christ. When I subscribed to her blog posts, I was not disappointed. AJ’s writing is inspired, anointed, and seeks to point her readers straight to Jesus, which is the goal for my writing, as well. Here is how AJ introduces herself on her blog:
Nearly two decades ago, I married a strong man who was headed into the FBI. God had a different course for our lives though, and instead of packing off to Virginia, we packed off to seminary!
While Jackson was in seminary and I was working as a CPA, God called my husband and I to plant a church. It changed our lives. It was through that church planting experience that God called us to overseas missions, something neither of us had ever considered before. So in 2002, we packed off again, this time to the other side of the world.
All four of our children were born overseas {each in a different country!} and we have moved more times than I can count. We’ve adopted internationally, we’ve struggled, we’ve questioned our faith. And we’ve discovered more about God than I ever would have imagined…and not ever nearly enough.
Friends, AJ is the real deal. Her writing is honest, transparent, and oh-so pertinent to my life and yours.
