Today I want to take an opportunity to encourage those who are in ministry. Whether you are a pastor, music minister, women’s ministry leader, children’s ministry leader, Sunday school teacher, run a para-ministry organization or other ministry position, you likely have received a hateful ANONYMOUS letter from someone expressing their displeasure over your inhaling and exhaling. Maybe the letter was not anonymous, but hateful all the same. Criticism can be cloaked in the not-so-tactful disguise of a letter that ‘just tries to help’. Sometimes there is a basis for the criticism, other times there is none.

If you are in ministry of any kind, I implore you, please click here and read this post over at Thom Ranier’s blog. It will bless your heart.

If you are not in ministry, please click over anyway. This post might cause you to think twice before you criticize someone in ministry.
