Welcome to Getting To Know You! This is a regular Friday feature here at The Point Ministries blog where we share fun information about ourselves in order to get to know each other better. We have had some great sharing going on here and I hope it will continue. Today’s Getting To Know You is all about getting to know someone. So, I’ll ask the question, then offer you my answer, then give you an opportunity to share your answer. Here we go:
Other than Jesus, who is one person (either living or dead) that you would most like to meet and spend a day with?
I would love to meet and get to know Joni Erickson Tada. Because my Daddy was handicapped, I have a special place in my heart for the handicapped. Joni’s courage, perseverence and love for the Lord are inspiring to me. I would love to spend a day hearing her story (yes, I read it as a teen) and be further inspired by her character, perseverance, and determination.
Coming in a very close second and third for people I would like to spend time with would be Billy Graham and Charles Stanley.
