As I think about Living Thankful, I am thankful there are people , like David Kinnaman, Andy Stanley, Louie Giglio and so many others, who have a heart for the younger generations. In case you don’t know it, we are losing one, and maybe two, generations from the church and from Christianity. These young people are abandoning church because of Christians and the way we often act or speak. A year or so ago, I posted (actually it was series of posts) about a book by David Kinnaman entitled unChristian. Kinnaman dealt with the fact that young people are abandoning Christianity. Now, Kinnaman is out with a new book entitled You Lost Me. Check out the video interview that CBN did with Kinnaman on this topic of young people leaving Christianity.
